Drs. Jerome Liu and Tom Liu are both highly trained plastic surgeons who are board-certified and Aesthetic Fellowship-trained, each bringing an impressively level high degree of experience and expertise to the table. For nearly a decade, they have been creating incredible results for patients in the Sacramento and Los Gatos areas, but there came a point at which they realized they could be offering their patients even more.
